DIY: Easy && Relaxing Face Mask

 Hey Guys,
This is how you do a super easy face mask.
I loved doing this during finals week, it got rid of all my headaches from studying.
Okay lets get started! :)
You will Need:
1/2 cup of Yogurt (plain) or 1/4 cup of Milk
2 tablespoons of Oats
1 teaspoon of Honey
Blender (optional)
Step 1:
Crush oats. To make it easy you can toss them in a blender.

Step 2:
Mix yogurt, honey, and oats all together.
Step 3:
Apply on your face.
I recommend doing this over a sink so it doesn't get messy.
Step 4:
Enjoy your easy && relaxing face mask.
Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse off.
Follow with your favorite moisturizer.
Step 5: Enjoy your new radiant skin. :)
P.S I do this mask 2-3 times a week (if I remember;)
What does this mask do for your skin?:
The yogurt is packed full of zinc. Zinc helps fight against acne. Also yogurt is a natural moisturizer by adding natural oils to your face. Yogurt also helps reduce pore size. Isn't yogurt amazing?
The honey helps remove dead skin cells. Honey also evens out your skin tone giving you a healthy glow. And last but not least oats! Oats help exfoliate the skin. They also help with dry patches. Who knew such a boring breakfast (my opinion) could be so helpful? Well sorry to bore you with the skin care lesson. ;)
