Saturday Obsessions: Bows, Collaging, Soaps, and much more FUN!

Hey!!
First I know It's not Saturday anymore. But I have an EXTREMELY awesome post planned for tomorrow. I mean today ;).. and it might not be extreme at all. 
Thing is when I blog you can't tell when I'm being sarcastic. And I am a very sarcastic person so my humor in my writing might come out as conceded or stupid. So I apologize in advanced.

 So anyways getting on to the post. Every Saturday I will be posting my obsessions.  Kind of like favorites. But these are all the lame things that I love!! :D And I will be more personal on my weekend posts.

OBSESSION NUMERO 1: bows!!!

Ok let me just get something straight. This isn't a obsession for this week only I love bows ALL year round (as you can tell by my boring banner). But this week i found my self googling everything bows  (a lot of the time google thought i was googling archery bows.. silly google ;) !! Here are some of my favs:

next obsession collaging!!  I have been collaging all week... hey! my friends are on vaca. so i started collaging because i wanted to find my own style (i'll be doing a post on how to find your own style soon). anyways i was cutting and pasting outfits and it was so much fun. Okay are you ready to hear my lamest obsession yet...? DRUM ROLL PLEASE..

soap making.. yes i know.

I bought all this soap making stuff from my local craft store. 

but there money makers(the soap)..

i put up a stand with my friends ale (thats her nick name) in front of  a local store (with there permission.. they where the only people that gave me permission.) and i sold soaps for 1-10 bucks.. the 10 dollar ones are gift sets.

i made $150.. minus $20 + ( to pay for supplies)

so i made $130.. but wait i gotta pay my friend...

so i made $80 about .. not bad huh?

So maybe that explains my odds obsession.. hey who knew soaps  maks for a great shopping spree with the girls! :)

I don't have pics of the soaps because i went to a house party last night and gave them some of my soaps... no charge ;)

but hey i'll show you soap if you wanna see soap.

There you have it SOAP MAN TO THE RESUCE!!

well i hope you had some fun in my super duper.. random post. i also hope my humor was not taken in the wrong way.. yes i held my personality back a little in this post because i dont want the 1 person that reads it to be scared :p 

look forward to my sunday post for more CRAZY personality ;) then in the week days my posts will be more formal :) oh and one more thing when i do a winky face its a good clue i am being sarcastic.. well this was a colorful post wasnt it ?

Back to School: Spice up your Boring Folders && Binders!

Do your parents make you buy the cheap boring one color binder/folder/notebook?
My mom always does just so we can save a little $$.
I was always jealous when my friends had cute floral or polka dot designs on there notebooks. 
So here my solution to boring school supplies.
(sorry I don't have lots of pics I forgot to take them. My bad. :( )


You Will Need: 

• Piece of paper that fits the front of your folder, notebook, binder, etc.
• Scissors
• Glue (or tape)
• Magazines and/or Newspapers 
• Music (optional)

Step 1: 
Blast your favorite tunes. (this project might take a little while)

Step 2:
Go threw all your magazines and cut out things you love. Pics , celebs , words, etc.
(These are things your gonna be staring at during your boring classes.)


Step 3: 
Lay them out on the piece of paper. (Make sure you have lots of  cut outs probably more then you need.)


Step 4: 
Once you like how its placed. Tape (or glue) everything down.


Step 5:
Glue (or tape) your collage on the front of your notebook, folder, binder, etc.


Step 6:
Enjoy your new exciting folders.


This is mine. I'll glue it on my folder once I them :P. I might make some more later.

I hope this gave you some idea's on how to spice up your school supplies.

More and better back to school stuff coming soon!!

Oh and quick tip: Don't keep the fan on while doing this.. I know it's common sense but I am a dumb one.

Do you like working out? (+ Weight Loss)

Thats me after a workout.. except I'm a girl. :)

Hey Guys!
I have been trying to loose weight ever since I can remember!
I never stuck to anything!
But I ordered this thing cause I saw on a infro commercial. It's called turbofire! It's from the same company as P90X (which is more popular). Well turbofire is a pain in the ass. I tried then gave up after a week. I tried again and gave up. I tried again and I stuck to it! I love doing it now. I mean I don't like the work part ;) but the feeling after! I do the things I'm suppose to do all day. I stay on my diet. And I feel like i have more energy! And I got results I lost 7 pounds in one week :) I was hoping for 10 pounds but slow and steady wins the race! (hopefully). By October I wanna loose about 30 pounds! So I never thought I would say it but I do like working out!!

My Questions:

What work out gave you the most results?

DIY: Easy && Relaxing Face Mask

DIY: Easy && Relaxing Face Mask

 Hey Guys,

This is how you do a super easy face mask.
I loved doing this during finals week, it got rid of all my headaches from studying.
Okay lets get started! :)
You will Need:
1/2 cup of Yogurt (plain) or 1/4 cup of Milk
2 tablespoons of Oats
1 teaspoon of Honey
Blender (optional)

Step 1:
Crush oats. To make it easy you can toss them in a blender.

Step 2:
Mix yogurt, honey, and oats all together.

Step 3:
Apply on your face.
I recommend doing this over a sink so it doesn't get messy.

Step 4:
Enjoy your easy && relaxing face mask.
Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse off.
Follow with your favorite moisturizer.

Step 5: Enjoy your new radiant skin. :)
P.S I do this mask 2-3 times a week (if I remember;)

What does this mask do for your skin?:
The yogurt is packed full of zinc. Zinc helps fight against acne. Also yogurt is a natural moisturizer by adding natural oils to your face. Yogurt also helps reduce pore size. Isn't yogurt amazing?
The honey helps remove dead skin cells. Honey also evens out your skin tone giving you a healthy glow. And last but not least oats! Oats help exfoliate the skin. They also help with dry patches. Who knew such a boring breakfast (my opinion) could be so helpful? Well sorry to bore you with the skin care lesson. ;)
